Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 2026
Welcome to Mamgoed. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your subscription to our woodland regeneration project. By accessing our site or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Subscription Services
Mamgoed offers subscription-based sponsorship for native woodland creation. Your subscription supports the planting, tagging, and long-term care of trees in our Pembrokeshire woodland project. Subscriptions are created on a recurring basis as selected at the time of purchase.
2. Project Reporting & Updates
Subscribers receive quarterly photographic updates and growth statistics for the trees associated with their sponsorship. While we strive for accuracy in our mapping and tagging, these updates are provided for informational and engagement purposes. Tree health is subject to natural environmental factors.
3. Certificates & Documentation
Upon subscription, a digital certificate will be issued. These certificates acknowledge your contribution to the woodland project and do not constitute legal title to the land or the physical trees themselves. The land remains the property of Mamgoed.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Due to the nature of environmental projects and the immediate allocation of funds to planting and care, we generally do not offer refunds for past payments.
5. Use of Content
All images and data provided in your updates are the property of Mamgoed. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to share these photos on social media or for personal use, provided Mamgoed is credited as the source.
6. Liability
Mamgoed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the project. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relative to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
